    3. I talked on the phone with this lady last Wednesday about her Grandparents name and she dies today.I had never met her but I told her I was coming to Sapulpa and was coming to see her and she said she was looking forward to that. Peggy Pennington Group#32 Group Leadrer #2 and #24 This is from the the April 2,2007 Sapulpa Daily Herald Newspaper Sapulpa OK. Josie Mae Williams Josie Mae Williams left her loved ones and her pain behind on Saturday, March 31, 2007, at home at the age of 83. Josie was born to William and Rachel Pennington Dec. 25, 1923, in Sapulpa. On May 12, 1942, she married Mirrell Williams from Kellyville. They loved each other with devotion for 65 years. Those 65 years saw a life of love, some heartache and lots of happiness. Mirrell's work in oil exploration took them to most of the U.S. and overseas. They met and worked with so many people that all seemed to become friends. They enjoyed being able to see so many different places and things and way of life. The stories there are to tell! "Jo," as everyone called her, was a woman that loved unconditionally -- that love -- was returned ten-fold. Children of friends, co-workers and relatives, at first meeting were naturally drawn to her. To most she was forever more "Mama Jo" or "Nanny" bestowed on her by her granddaughter. She was a wonderful seamstress and enjoyed sewing with a passion. She loved the "art" group that met and painted in her home and still enjoyed them meeting there every Monday evening even though she no longer could paint. The get together with the "girls" was so important to her and to them. She had a wonderful sense of humor. She never complained. If you ask her how she was doing, she always said, "Just Fine." A truly wonderful, kind and loving woman that will be missed by all, but so much more by her loved ones. A hole that will never mend. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Billie Frank and Larry Joe; brothers Otis Pennington, Paul Pennington; sisters Mabel Williams, Pearl Townsend, Opal Reeves, Rachel Whisenhunt and Pauline Pennington. She is survived by her husband Mirrell; daughter and son-in-law Mary Jane and Gary Ray and granddaughter Crista Burnett; brother-in-law and wife Frank and Ellie Williams of Woodland Wash.; sisters-in-law Lavaughn Galbraith of Woodland, Wash., Faye Pringle of Port Angeles, Wash., and Phyllis Joel of Puyallup, Wash.; a special grandniece who always called her "Nanny", Ryan Berryhill; numerous nieces and nephews and friends; and her special cousins Bill and Virginia Morris and John Morris. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 3, 2007, at Green Hill Memorial Mausoleum Chapel. The family has entrusted the care of the services to the directors at Green Hill Funeral Home.
