DoraLee: The address list we use is created from the addresses our Members provide us on their PRA 2007 Membership application UNLESS you notified our Membership Chair, Melinda G. Pennington, of a different address PRIOR to 9/01/07. We generate a master mailing list that is used by our printer to create mailing labels that are placed on the envelopes for the Fall 2007 mailings for the Pedigrees CD, the election ballot and the PRA 2008 Membership application. All three (3) of those mailings are based on the address our PRA 2007 Members have on file with our Membership Chair as of 9/1/07. Due to the type of mailing we use (media mail I think is what we use), if you have moved or have a forwarding address at the USPO, the local Post Office will most likely NOT forward it but will return the material to our Membership Chair. I suggest you contact our Membership Chair, Melinda G. Pennington (mgp383@gmail.com) and see what address was on file for you as of 9/1/07. If it's not your winter address, you should make arrangements with her to send your Pedigrees CD to your winter address when it is returned to her. Please note that you may not receive the election ballot and the PRA 2008 Membership application either. You can renew your PRA Membership online but the election ballot is mailed directly to your address.
