August 15, 2007 To all Members of the Pennington Research Association, Inc. Nomination of Officers for the Board of Directors is hereby "open". Three positions on this nine person governing Board will be filled in an election to be held following a one-month nomination process. Nominations will close September 15, 2007. Board Members are elected to serve a three-year term with six members remaining on the Board through each election. These are important positions, vital for the continued operation of the organization. Please consider being a candidate yourself and/or nominating other qualified persons. We would like to have several candidates for each position. Your participation will be sincerely appreciated. Prospective Board Members must be PRA Members for the 2007 membership year.
