To provide better value to our members and other Pennington researchers, I to started a blog for the Pennington Research Association. Many genealogy associations and companies are now using blogs to post information, solicit comments, ideas and suggestions and to share their research and pictures. Blogs are interactive and allow both the creator of the blog and visitors to post comments and material so everybody can share them. Blogs are replacing the "ezines" (electronic newsletters sent via e-mail) and have many advantages. Some have suggested this could be the modern equivilant of the Pennington Cousin's Couriers. When you visit the new blog, feel free to leave a comment. The PRA blog has an RSS feed that you can use with any RSS Reader or if you use Google or Yahoo or MSN as one of your web pages, you can place the RSS feed directly on your web browser's page to keep up to date with postings on the blog.
