It is with regret that I announce the resignation of Guye Pennington as a Board Member, Treasurer and ARD responsible for the BPIP. Guye will be missed. I want to express our most sincere appreciation for Guye's work on behalf of the PRA. He stepped in to help at a time we really needed help and he really helped us pull our financial records and procedures together and get us back on good financial footing. As the ARD responsible for the BPIP, Guye worked very hard to complete the project and he helped to create perhaps the single most important research work the PRA has ever produced, the Pennington Periodicals CD. As a Board Member, his advice and opinions were most helpful and insightful. He helped keep the Board focused on our financial responsibilities and our primary mission. Words alone cannot express my personal appreciation and how much I've enjoyed working with Guye. I know the PRA Membership, and especially the Board, wish Guye and his family well and hope for nothing but the best for them.
