Who is this Constable James Poythress, mentioned in Sheffiffs Sale, 2 May 1822, on List Message, Meredith Poythress Event Line, 2 Feb. 1998? There seems to be a James P. Poythress also, popping up alot in Screven Co., GA area, at the same time that the Meredith Poythress and Group showed up. Is he this Constable mentioned above or is he a different James?
