Dear List, I wonder if anyone can help me sort this out!? I have a Selina Beaven bapt. 22 February 1807 Llanfihangel Cwmdudaughter of William Beaven and Mary who married Rev. Benjamin Marsden 1803 Leek Staffordshire onthe 26th July 1838 at Cathedine, Brecs. Benjamin Marsden was the curate of Cwmdu (would that be Llanfihangel Cwmdu?) in 1841 and then by 1851 he was the curate of Llanfair Clodogau Montg. and by 1861 he was the vicar of Glascomb Radnorshire. This Benjamin Marsden was the brother of David Marsden 1817 born Llanfair Clydogau who married Eliza Jenkins 1817 Bedwelty (Benjamin was the officiating minister) and also Marianne Marsden 1815 born Llanfair Clydogau who married Richard Jenkins 1808 born Bedwelty, they married in 1839 at Bedwelty, Mons. I also have a Hannah Beaven who married Isaac Jenkins (I believe to be part of my Jenkins family) who married at Bedwelty on the 26th May 1804. I cannot find them on the 1841 census nor can I find a death for them. Can anyone help me find them on the 1841 census please. I think that Hannah Beaven is linked to Selina Beaven but cannot work out how - help! Does anyone have any parish records for Llanfihangel Cwmdu and could perhaps find the baptism of Hannah Beaven around 1780 ish. thanks Diana
