Carmarthen Dispensary - Patients admitted during the last year, 121 - Cured, 90 - Discharged for non-attendance, 4 - Died, 7. On Monday the 15th ult. James GILMORE, Geo. EVANS, and William LAWRENCE, were convicted before the Mayor of Pembroke, of travelling with carts and packages on the Sabbath Day, and severally paid the penalty for the offence. On Saturday, the body of a boy, three or four years old was found in a very putrid state, in some water by the road side leaving from Newtown to Llanidloes, Montgomeryshire; and, as no inquiries have been made after him, there is great reason to believe that he has been murdered by those under whose care he was.
