Can I send one international money order for all five certificates? -- The order forms ask for 2 International reply coupons (IRC) for each certificate. Can I send fewer and ask that all five certs. be sent in one envelope? -- Is there some other way to get these certs. without having to buy the expensive internatl. money order?
