DIED On Monday last, at Swansea, aged 63, after a long and painful illness, borne with pious resignation, Elizabeth HOSKIN, eldest daughter of the late Mr. John THOMAS, of Norton, in this county. On Saturday last, at his seat in Carmarthenshire, highly and deservedly esteemed, aged 82, Wm. LEWES Esq. of Llysnewydd, one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the counties of Carmarthen and Cardigan and Deputy Lieutenant for the County of Carmarthen. On Monday se'nnight, after a long and protracted illness, aged 69, the Rev. John HANCOCK, for many years Vicar of Trelech-ar-Bettws, Carmarthenshire. His loss will be deeply felt by his family and a numerous circle of friends and acquaintances. On Tuesday se'nnight, after a lingering illness, occasioned by a cancer in the lip, the cure of which baffled the faculty both in England and Wales, Mr. Benjamin NICHOLAS, of the Nag's-Head Inn, Newcastle-Emlyn. At Hakin, Milford, Mr. Abraham WILLIAMS, shopkeeper, aged 60; and Capt. ANDERSON, of the brig Venus, of Milford, aged 45. At Aberystwith, on the 7th inst. aged 51, Mr. Evan EVANS, master of the sloop Ann, of that port. On the 8th inst. aged 66, Mrs. Mary PUGH, of Guilsfield, Montgomeryshire. Lyn Nunn Brisbane Australia
