Hi Snowy, I have visited Pen-yr-Heol Baptist Chapel and as John Ball says it is a long way up the road from Velindre to Tregoyd. It seems like it goes on for ever but it is well worth the trip. You have to go over the cattle grids and keep on going always up. You will find it on the right hand side just when you think there is no more road. I didn't exactly find what I wanted but it is such a lovely little Chapel and it is still used. In fact I know of a couple who are going to be buried there when their time comes. Her family come from the Glasbury area as do mine. In fact, we believe we are related.
