The chapel in Tower Street is at grid reference SO218184 which seems to rule out the two possibilities you found in the NLW's Nonconformist Register. Unless, perhaps, the register has quoted an incorrect grid reference for the un-named Wesleyan chapel. I've repeated my search of the Coflein database and found "Tower Street Chapel" (NPRN: 91212) at the grid reference I cited above. No denomination is specified. Other chapels listed for Crickhowell include: Bethabara Church, Bridge Street - Baptist Bethesda Chapel, Waungoch - Calvinistic Methodist Beaufort Street Church - Congregational Danycastell (Tanycastell) Chapel - English Presbyterian / Calvinistic Methodist English Methodist Chapel - Wesleyan Methodist Independent Chapel, Three Salmon's Long Room - Independent Primitive Methodist Chapel - Primitive Methodist Welsh Methodist Chapel - Wesleyan Methodist Unfortunately, the grid references quoted for most of these chapels are very imprecise (some must surely be wrong), and the denominations quoted do not really help in suggesting what denomination Tower Street Chapel might have been.
