Hi Ann, I saw your query about joining the Carmarthenshire list, and Bryn's reply with the address. As you may already have discovered, if you go to the address Bryn provided, there is an email address for "questions about this list." You might write to that address to ask about the NTL issue. I used to be on the Carms list, and the administrators are very knowledgeable, helpful people (as are the admins on most of these lists!!!); they may have run into the NTL question before from somebody else, and know just how to resolve it.
