    3. Dear Listers Some of you may know that The National Archives at Kew offers regular talks on various aspects of family history. Unfortunately, most of us cannot easily get to Kew in person, but a few days ago, I discovered from another mailing list that all these talks have been recorded and are now available free, on-line, as 'podcasts' on TNA's website. The podcasts are in sound only, so we do not benefit from any visual aids the speaker may have used. Nevertheless, the podcasts are a wonderful resource, and assuming you have a broadband connection, the mp3 files are very easy to listen to. Simply go to www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/rss/podcasts.xml and click on the topic(s) of your choice. I've reproduced the full list of topics below, with those I feel are most relevant to family history in the top half of the list. Unfortunately, when I tried using the Firefox browser the mp3 file links did not appear, so I was unable to save the files.
