Could someone tell me how to order a marriage cert for Mary A. Paddock June of 1866 Vol 11b p. 478 and she married Elias Griffiths. I would like to order it via visa credit card. I live in WI USA. Thanks

Only about 50% of UK registrars have credit card payment. If you have a contact in the UK ask them to buy you 7# postal orders and some UK stamps for return envelopes. I have never used the central office as it costs more and takes longer.
