The information which I have from a death certificate is that a William Morgan or maybe Richards was living in Pantyryn Newbridge, Mon in May 1911. Is there an electoral roll or other record to inform me of all the occupants of Pantyryn, Newbridge, Mon. Any helpwould be very much appreciated. Thankyou. Alun.
