I am hunting for a marriage licence for Benjamin Thomas b. Abt. 1793 and Hannah? b. Abt. 1800 probably in Merthyr Tydil. . Do I have the right place in Wales to start from. They were probably married around 1815-17 as theirf first child was born in 1817. These are my g.g.. grandparents and I have been unable to find them in Wales at all.
