Hi Joan, when did the family live in Churchstoke?? On the MGY 1851 Census there is only one Arthur Evans, 35, Millwright, and wife Elizabeth,31, living at Rockhouse, Churchstoke Parish records, ( recorded on CD by Powys FHS.). You can see the relevant Ancestral File details by going to http://tinyurl.com/x3vl and entering the name Arthur Evans and the year 1754 into the search form. Leave all the other search fields blank.
