I wondered if anyone is researching the Kearn family in Montgomeryshire. They first appear in the Newtown area in 1789 but cant find any Kearns before that date. My greatx3 grandfather claimed to be born in Berriew in 1791 but l searched the parish records and the parishes around for a 5 year period and couldn't find any sign of him. Andy
