Dear Sue, Not sure whether you've found somewhere yet. I had a glance through the FIEC website and came up with one in Hay-on-Wye - is that further than you were looking for? Anyhow, this is called Bethesda Evangelical Church, is located at: Oxford Road Hay-on-Wye HR3 5AJ and the services are at 11.00 am and 6.00 pm. Apparently it used to be Wesleyan, but I don't think it is anymore. Hope this helps!
