Dear Listers, In September 2010, only 45 messages were distributed via the Powys List, the quietest month for several years. Such a low level of activity is difficult to explain. Currently there are 435 members subscribed to the List, a net increase of one on last month's figure. I hope to be able to report a substantial increase in list activity in October!
