There are some free sites that provide online Welsh to English translations, such as: www.translation-guide.com/free_online_translators.php?from=English&to=Welsh which I use sometimes. Like other such sites it's not completely reliable, but I do find it useful as someone with some knowledge of Welsh but not fluent.
