Have you looked at the Family Search site for the batch numbers? For Llandadarn Fawr, Radnor: FHL BRITISH Film [ 104469 Item 4 ], Baptisms, burials 1701-1709, 1714-1818, 1823-1849, 1864-1865 Marriages 1701-1709, 1714-1818, 1823-1837 You can order the film from your local Family History Center. It might take a few months to get it, but it’s a start. On FamilySearch.org there is a Thomas Price baptised 02 May 1806 at Llanbadarn Fawr. It does not list the parents, but you might be able to find the original baptismal record showing his parents. There are, however, none listed for a Thomas Price of Llanbadarn Fynydd. Could he have been born at one place and baptised at another?
