James Rees Price was born 1904 Llanafan fawr, the only child of William Rees Price ( a carpenter that died at Church house Defynog) and Elizabeth nee Price. James married Gladys Williams in 1925. Gladys died in 1944 and James died in 1984. James Rees Price and his wife Gladys lived in Bryngwnfel between Beulah and Troedrhiwdalar. Two children Royden and Iowen.
