    3. Hi Marilyn I am just having trouble finding my relatives in the index. Not got to looking at images yet. The images may require the use of a browser plugin. Check the site for any related comments on software or plugins.     3. Marilyn, I agree with Alan. You need a plug-in, probably flash player or some such, to view the images. If you go to http://ninite.com/ you should be able to download free Adobe Flash Player - listed under Runtimes (and a few other great programmes). I think that should work for you.
