Is anyone researching Ann Hamer, born 1842 in Llanwnog, parents David Hamer and Mary Breese? They lived in Caersws. I’m descended from her brother John (1852) and am researching the family generally. There are several Anns marrying in the Newtown district in the relevant time period and before I start ordering certificates I thought I’d try a long shot to see if there are any descendants of Ann out there who might be of help. I am not a descendant of Ann, but I have been curious about this family. Mainly, I have been trying to avoid confusing Mary Breese's grandfather, Thomas Breese (I think), and another Thomas Breese living in Caersws who I am descended from. At least, I think they are different people.
