Yes, John, many thanks are due to Mary. I have already taken advantage of her "index." For listers without access to ancestry, I found the book on google books. The electronic version is free and you can download a free pdf version as well. The only thing I don't know is if it's the same edition, as it says "in two volumes." But so far the pages I've accessed have tracked to Mary's list.
