    3. Stacey, We thought when you signed up that Thos. Jefferson Powell was likely related to other Powell's in Rabun County GA. Those Powell's were sons of Robert and Sarah Hervey Powell. Robert was a son John and Mary O'Neal Powell. There is a kit (181509 - VA-26) that descends from Robert and Sarah through their son, Almon. Almon was a brother of Edley and Tilman. Your DNA results do not match VA-26, and so I think you have to conclude that Jefferson was not in that family.
