    3. Jim, Kit No. 250922 (R1b1a2), which was recently added, changes the 1st known Generation for Kit No. 121198 (I1), ANC03 (I1) and Kit No. 217435 (I1). The father of the brothers Lewis P. Powell (1790-1851) and Needham Powell (1795-1858) was not Needham Powell, a son of Isaac Powell and wife, Anne of Johnston Co., NC. I can send an updated Gedcom or a simple Family Line for each Kit. Please advise. Robert B. 3. Robert,   Something in the format of the trees I currently attach would be best for me.   As I'm sure you are aware this has created a real problem.  Kit 250922 is R1b1a2, kits ANC03 (I don't know your connection to this kit), 121198 and 217435 are I1s and kit 107720 is a T1.  The three I1s are close matches and there is little question about them sharing a common ancestor.  The other two kits aren't close to each other nor to the three I1s.  Jim Barrett - Timpson, TX Powell Surname DNA Project http://jpbdna.com/powell-surname-dna-project.htm --- On Sun, 10/14/12, Robert B.
