Galloway.  Arsula Powell was the daughter of James Monroe Powell and Louise Galloway.   I am looking for descendants of these families who are will to take a Family Finder test from FTDNA if I can get the tests paid for.  I haven't asked FTDNA to cover the cost but I will if I can find people to test.   Thanks.
