Dear Powell-DNA members, I recently purchased a copy of the Lucas book "Powell Families of Virginia and the South" which I hope will help with my Powell family research. I know that DNA as well as other research since publication has proved that some information in the book is incorrect. Does anyone know for certain which family information in the book is definitely wrong? I do not want to waste time on researching family lines with erroneous information.
