    3. Jim, Has there been anything more found out about Benjamin Kyle? I just read his information and I had hoped he had been identified by now. Be it Facebook, MySpace, Yahoo, Google, Amazon... whatever. Your privacy is of no concern to any of them. The second thing I know to be a fact. Facebook is a vital tool in today's busy world. Having a VERY large extended family (aunts, uncles, 1st/2nd cousins -- over 200 and counting) it has brought our family together more than ever. You're no safer on Yahoo than you are anywhere else. 1. [POWELL-DNA] Benjaman Powell
    2. Jim Barrett
    3. 23andMe provided one of the people who was supposed to be trying to help Benjaman three kits which were sent to potential relatives.  These three kits proved to be his best matches.  The person who received the kits retained control of the kits will not share the match information.  This same person has had an attorney sent threats of legal action against anyone making negative comments about said person.   During the winter sale members of the International Society of Genetic Genealogy (ISOGG) took up a collection and purchased a Family Finder test for Benjaman.  Since then a AncestryDNA kit has been purchased by Benjaman using my Ancestry.com subscription.  We are waiting for them to receive that kit.   We have been lucky enough to have some very experienced people join in the search.   The shorter story is that we are still looking, but we have not identified him.
