    3. Francis Powell of Wilkes did not have any siblings, children or parents named Cader, Lewis or Moses. That is an entirely different line that lived in Wilkes County, Ga. prior to the county being carved into other counties. The Cader, Lewis and Moses line actually lived far away from Wilkes after the child counties were established.. His parents were John and Elizabeth Powell. Once again, this is proved by actual documents and not supposition. This Haplogroup for this Francis Powell Sr. is "T" group. I am still looking for my Lewis Riddle Powell's parents, and think this might be the Francis Powell I am looking for. I do have Rev. 3. Keith, Do you have any additional information regarding Francis of Elbert County? Pat Powell Springer and I believe we have a connection to that Francis. We have run into a dark hole there from about 1750- 1815 or so. Thanks, Larry Powell 229909 On Jan 2, 2013, at 6:07 PM, Keith Giddeon <wilkes@giddeon.com> wrote: > Francis Powell of Wilkes did not have any siblings, children or parents > named Cader, Lewis or Moses.
