Lee, FTDNA will use the sample they already have. Go to your "myFTDNA" website. In the left hand column chick on "Order Tests & Upgrades". In the middle of the page click on "Standard Orders:". Near the bottom of the page select the desired payment method. From the drop down menu select the upgrade you want. In your case 37 to 67 is already selected. The cost for the upgrade will be $69 if you place the order by June 30th. Click on "Continue" to provide the required billing information. Thanks.
