If you have/had family in Georgia you might be interested in the following Georgia DOT website. http://www.gis.state.ga.us/emaps/dotmaps/ .  Under the county column they have two columns: View & Download.  "View" shows a current county map in PDF format.  For Columbia County "Download" downloaded a zipped file which included a north section and a south section of a 1910 county map.  I was able to zoom in several times without the picture getting out of focus.  I tried the same thing with McDuffie Co. and both "View" & "Download"  was the same McDuffie Co.
