Bill,   Kit  22139 is in batch 264 along with several of the other upgrades to 67 markers that still haven't been reported.  They all show an estimated results date of 08/18/08.  We all know that that has already passed, but that was an estimated date.  FTDNA doesn't normally leave a hole in the results unless they are having to retest that panel.   The good news is they haven't moved the dates back yet and they (FTDNA) hasn't posted a reason for the delay.   If other project took advantage of the upgrade special the way the Powell group did FTDNA has been overloaded.  I'm really surprised we have gotten as many of the results as we have.   So to answer your question, no I don't have any idea.
