There is absolutely no BBQ that is as good as. "Big Bob Gibson" in Decatur, Alabama. My favorite is BBQ chicken with white sauce. I will give the recipe to those who would like to have it. I don't eat that much pork but it is good too. People come here from everywhere to eat BBQ. I have eaten in lots of places but there is no one that does it like this place. The owner is often seen on cook out's with HGTV. They mail their BBQ and their sauces are sold in grocery stores. One sauce is a red sauce. I think it is mostly hot sauce. This place has been here all of my life.
