The Larkin I am searching for was born c.1807 in SC. He resided in Laurens County Georgia for about 50 years. He is on several census' there. We are trying to find which group we belong to in order to know what to look for when we start our testing of our cousin Jack Lamar Powell. There is a copy on www.abebooks.com for $125. But I would just look it up in your local library or get them to get it on library loan. I don't think it is worth those prices.
