That's a large name in Lebanon TN's history. Might start checking there. Lots of Powell involvement around there. This is all somewhat confusing!(easy to get me that way). The Bible is on sale on e-bay and lists some of the line: Joshua Powell, father of Nelson Powell 1811-1862 of Nassua NY. Nelson the father of George Winfield Powell 1861-1917 of Nassau NY. I don't see how the Bible would connect to our dna group, so far. Hmm. I thought someone told Tamera the family connected to this was in our line.. Yes it is confusing and I suspect that is why this lonely bible has lost it's family.
