Pat, Is there another Powell group? I have submitted two more Powell's for YDNA test but their report's won't come to this site. I will compare them when they come back. Rebecca: Thank you!. I did find it and also a note from Jim earlier that said we didn't need to worry about these HVR1 and HVR2 messages unless we have someone who has sent in a mtDNA sample. So, I think all I have to do is check to see if the number is one of my family line and then check to see if there is a match. Lee: I didn't have any success with the "find" function. But, I did find the number 136640 in the "mtDNA Results for Members of Our Powell Project". After the two tables on the main page there is a link to the mtDNA results. That is where I found it. I also found an explanation about what the mtDNA is all about. I was able to get the URL by pasting it into my browser, but I looked through all of the numbers twice, and never did fine 136640. Jim: I clicked on both of the URL's and neither one would come up. Please, how are we to find the information about the results of kit 136640? I am not feeling like we are getting a very good report with this short notice about HVR1 and HVR2 results for a kit number when we don't know whose kit, and where we can find it.
