Dear readers, I would like to inform you that I am searching for the name of Powell, and that most of them that have been checked out have come from the village of Knowsley. Some of them migrated to the USA. I do have contact with someone who lives in Maine, USA who is linked to our Family Tree who has done some work on the tree. Hello Eric, I was just wondering if you had a Lewis or Pressly Powell, in your Powell line????? The time frame would be before 1787, they were supposed to have come out of Virginia, to Hall Co. Ga., were there about 25 years, then Lewis R. Powell moved to Walker Co. Ga., lived and died there, Pressly his brother and family, moved to Harlson Co. Ga.. I would appreciate any and all info, if any, found. I would also share any info I have of my Powells with you, if you might be interested.
