    2. Hannah, I wanted to see if any of my Powell relatives were listed in it. I descend from Lovely Abraham Powell. Do you know if his name is in it anywhere? How much did you pay for your book? Thanks for replying!! Missy

    3. Unless you just want to buy these book you can check with your local library or interlibrary loan. My library here has it and it has a lot of information on the different Powell families. ----- Original Message ----- From: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> To: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, August 04, 2009 3:39 PM Subject: Re: [POWELL] Anybody ever read this book? 3. As far as the library goes I think it depends on your library.    Where I live, the main library in the county that has a genealogy section doesn't have either of the Lucas books on the Powell's.    But they have an excellent section on the New England states.    I have told my family when I die to donate any genealogy books that I may have purchased before then to that library.    My local library the only thing they have are books on how to do genealogy.   No, books on any location or family.   I was very surprised when I started.~Diane
