I have this book and (maybe 5 years ao) bought it directly from the publishers - a price in the double digits, as I remember - nowhere near what you quote. It is large, over 400 pages, with both suggested lineages and with sources to uphold those suppositions - although I have heard that there are many errors, none of which I know about. I would suggest writing the publishers direct.
