Jim, couldn't get any help from the library without sending them money, so I did. It is really strange how some counties are so helpful and others only talk to you after they see your $'s (and it's my home county) Don't mean to complain, just get aggravated with the powers that be! Will post info when I get it. Carolyn

Will post info when I get it. I would like to comment that having been a genealogist since the 1960's, and a retired genealogy librarian at a public library and also at an historical society archives I want to advise you that these facilities are on limited budgets. They don't have the $$$ to do free copies, postage, etc. in most cases. Historical Societies often use the $$$ they receive from donations and research fees to continue gathering and compiling information. Even the cost of microfilm reader/printers sometimes has to wait until many other needs are fulfilled. Please remember these people that are working diligently to save the information from the areas we need to research! I can tell you if you visit a local library or historical society and make a nice donation towards their expenses they won't forget you if new information comes to light regarding your family! (smile) Good luck in getting the information you need!
