I have Andrew J. (Jackson?) Powell born 1827 in either Georgia or North Carolina. He married Elizabeth Mary ???. At this point I have 9? children. 6 of which I am not real sure of. All were born in Caldwell County, Kentucky and married there. Delilah Powell born 1866 married Robert Daniel Nichols in Caldwell County, Kentucky. John H. Powell born 1844 married Sarah E. Nichols, sister of Robert Daniel. Humphreys Powell born about 1870, appears to have never married. Then, I have 3 "daughter Powells" as per the will of Andrew J. Powell. They are listed as Mrs. William Miller, Mrs. H. M. Caldwell, and Mrs. M. P. Smith. I also have 3 daughters, Jennie D. born 1864, Mary E. born 1868, and Malissa born 1860 that I can not find marriages for. I believe that they are possible one and the same with the "daughter Powells", but who married who? Does anyone have any information on this family? Appreciate any help and will gladly share.
