Stephen, Have you checked the Social Security death index? If not you might want to give it a try. Use the advanced search using as much information as you know. Try with and without the "T". Do you know when Arthur was born? Do you know the name of the brother? If they were alive in 1930 you could search the census index, it would help to have an idea where they might have been living. If you don't have access to an online census index send me a private message including as much information as possible. I'll try to help.
