Craig, Thanks for the welcome. Lovely Abraham Powell was born about 1790 and some say NC and some say SC or even Georgia. To make it short here is how I relate. Lovely and Sarah "Sallie" Allen had George Washington Powell, he married Lucinda Willis and they had Granville Powell, Granville married Missouri Webb and they had Sallie Powell, Sallie married George Powell (they were related) and they had Ruby who is my mother. My sister used to do genealogy and she gave all of her stuff to me so I am taking it over. As far as I know most of my family once they came to Kentucky have stayed in Kentucky...around the Estill, Jackson and Madison Counties area. I know Lovely Abraham Powell had a lot of children and I was hoping to come in contact with some of those descendants too. Missy :)
