Jennifer: I have Lucy H. Powell (b March 25, 1782 Virginia) (d July 11, 1858 Georgia) She married Elias Billingsley (b. North Carolina) and they had David, John, Evelina, Thomas, James, Sarah, Mary, Harriet, & Marcus. I thought that there may be a sibling relationship between your Robert and my Lucy.
