Generation 3, John Powell Sr. 1670-1731 and his wife Deborah Hearn; fourth generation John Powell Jr. 1695 and wife Alice Murrell 1705-1766. Their son Moses Powell 1730-1799 and his wife Prudence Garner d 1814. They had 12 children. Robert, John, Prudence, Henry, Mary, Moses b 1769, Elizabeth, Sarah, Susannah, William, Nancy. The will of Moses Powell was written 10/14/1799 and recorded 2/24/1800 and Purdence's will was dated 10/17/1813 Arcell Sawyer
