You have to copy and paste in two steps. Don't click on the first line. Just copy it to your browser address window and then come back and copy the second line that starts with a dot and ends with 1054316014 and past it into you browser address window at the end. I had the same problem when I tried to access the site. BTW it does mention our Rowland Powell and a few generations under him. I copied the whole document to my word processor so I could go over it at my leisure. It's 293 pages long! Happy hunting!
